SMWCLE The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Nearshore waters from Reno Beach OH to Willowick OH... Open waters from The Islands OH to Willowick OH... * Until 630 PM EDT. * At 546 PM EDT, showers producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from Willowick to near Western Vermilion to 11 nm west of Sandusky Bay, moving southeast at 30 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Public. IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Western Vermilion, Avon Point, Sandusky Bay, Huron, Willowick, Cleveland, Lorain Harbor, and Vermilion.
