Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Upper Kobuk Valleys. * WHEN...From 10 PM Friday to 4 PM AKDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will change to rain or a mix of rain and snow in the valleys around midday Saturday.
