THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED TORNADO WATCH 679 IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN GEORGIA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 1 COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA BURKE IN SOUTH CAROLINA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 3 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA BAMBERG BARNWELL ORANGEBURG THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BAMBERG, BARNWELL, BLACKVILLE, BROOKDALE, DENMARK, ORANGEBURG, WAYNESBORO, AND WILLISTON.
