TORCHS The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a * Tornado Warning for portions of... Screven County in southeastern Georgia... * Until 245 PM EDT. * At 220 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Woodcliff, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Sylvania, Hiltonia, Woodcliff, Hilltonia, Lewis, Zeigler, Waters, Bascom, Thomasboro and Parkers.
