* WHAT...East winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected, especially in the higher elevations. * WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
