Central Guam... * Until 1230 PM ChST. * At 1130 AM ChST, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Off-duty NWS Employee reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Hagatna Heights, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana and Asan.
