Waters from Little River Inlet SC to South Santee River SC from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 930 AM EDT. * At 823 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 17 NM southeast of Sunset Mid Shelf Buoy, moving northwest at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
