SMWTAE The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Coastal Waters From Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20 Nm... Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM... Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 200 PM EDT/100 PM CDT/. * At 100 PM EDT/1200 PM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 11 nm southwest of C Tower, moving north at 40 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage vessels...and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all on board are in a secure location and wearing life jackets. * Locations impacted include... Apalachicola, C Tower, Cape San Blas, and Port St. Joe.
