The Flood Warning will expire at 3 PM CDT this afternoon for a portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Collingsworth, Donley and Wheeler. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT Thursday for a portion of the Panhandle of Texas...
