Tampa Bay waters... * Until 330 PM EDT. * At 309 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Courtney Campbell Causeway, moving north at 30 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Gandy Bridge, Howard Frankland Bridge, Old Tampa Bay, Courtney Campbell Causeway, Tampa Bay, Cockroach Bay and Clearwater.
