Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. * WHERE...Upper Kobuk Valleys. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
