Wind gusts have been observed as high as 97 mph on Big Mountain south of Enterprise, otherwise wind gusts to around 75 mph have been observed near Brian Head. * WHERE...Southern Mountains. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers.
